Big 96.3 KSCS Weekend Warm-up with Gary Kyle

Gary Kyle & the No Standards Band enjoy performing nightly in honky tonks
and dance halls throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The band includes
long time accomplice and high school buddy Frank Huezo on Lead Guitar/Vocals,
former bassist of Sixpence None the Richer Joel Bailey, and finally Grammy awardwinner
Luis Rodriguez on drums. Gary’s debut CD Livin, produced by Johnny Marshall
(Pat Green, Roger Creager, Cory Morrow, Robert Earl Keen), is a collection of feel
good, make you wanna cry make you wanna dance, down home Texas Country
as eclectic and rich in character as the Lonestar state itself. From this CD, Texas has
embraced the music of Gary Kyle, making his first single from Livin, “Lone Star Tears”
a Top 50 hit on Texas Radio.
 
With a winning team behind them, including All Access Today (Pat Green,
Willie Nelson) online and Art Attack Promotions (Los Lonely Boys, John Lee Hooker,
Jr.) handling grassroots marketing, combined with strong radio promotion/support
and a slew of Texas Sized In-stores, it won’t be long before Gary Kyle’s music spreads
like Texas wildflowers.
